The avarage Chennai person is much better than an average Delhiite. In Delhi emppty people flank wealth that belongs to bnaks. Here it blongs to people to whom the banks belong. Food - go to a Delhi restaurant ( i've been doing it since my childhood for past 30 years) and the waiter will just come over your shoulder showing his superiority.
