Congress may perhaps care to clarify where is the "clear violation of the code rules".
we cannot see even a not clear violation of the code in making an election promise with reference to the Godess of majority ( it always the sentiments of minority that concern the congress; it never cares for the majority and it never will )
And the promise of mister Modi is less empty than the idiotic,illogical and of course empty "Gareebi hatao" rhetoric of congress itself
