1. European and American nations are secular; not Christian. Many of the European ideals are based off of combating their own religion which has hurt their progress at times. 2. Terrorists are terrorists; the causes are far more complex than "them wanting to convert everyone to Islam," for history does not prove that; all issues must be addressed so as to try to bring peace and harmony to the nation. If we simplify these complex problems, we will be naive and unable to move forward into the new century
