Reading this article gives the impression that Gujarat is some kind of lawless state with false promises of development. Full marks to Sheela Bhatt for a hatchet job from her pseudo-secular masters. Unfortunately she has overdone it so much that even Sonia Maino's speechwriters seem balanced :)
