No Wonders anything can happen in this country as currently our PM is kathputli we have president who is kathputli of MADAM SONIA. Look they will give logic like this Afsal is Secular Person as he only tries to kill Hindu's and not any of the minority. In our country this is known that if you kill Hindu you are secular. If you insult Hindu's Regious belief you are secular. So don't get surprized to hear any thing else.
