Depends on what you term as Pro-Indian.. WE need the assistance to commercially expoit the nuclear technology (to reduce dependence on fossil fuel) incase of non-availability of same post 2020. If India does not act now,it would be too late. Go through the net and collect the data.. India is being cornered in terms of securing supply of crude and gas.. With a population of over 125 crore and no energy secutrity , you may imagine the problems that we may face after 2020. Hyde act is a mere restrain nothing else. No practical significane.
