So when the EC summons Narendra Modi for his ALLEGED violation of the model code the it is a confirmation that the allegations are TRUE and action must be taken against Natendra Modi. However when the same EC summons Sonia Gandhi or far that matter any other Congress leader for ALLEGED violation of the model code it becomes completely untenable because all allegations in this case must be FALSE and MALICIOUS. Incidentally Abhishek Singhvi is allegedly a supreme court lawyer. Same something about his intellectual calibre does'nt it?
