Some old age people after 80 yrs like Bengal CM and one other CM of Tamil Nadu don,t know what they are saying and doing. This may happened in few people For proper mental balance a through check up is necessay. Otherwise it will be very dangerous for the people of these particular State. .Only God will save these people.
