You are right Joseph. This Chor Mehta made at least 1000Cr by looting Gujarat. It is open secret that he owns acres of land surrounding Mundra Port area through his groups of chamcha - Land Mafias. He did nothing for Kutch while he was CM (Corrupt Mehta) and people from his constitunancy realise it very well (I am one them) and defeated him in 2002 Election.
