HRW?? Are you sleeping?? Didn't you just read that your investigative Agency burnt the tapes of torture???? The reason they gave for burnign them is lame. "We are protecting the CIA operatives if the tapes ever leak out". oh yeah In that case every fuc**ing document has to be burnt.
