Our total political system is on the basis of cast and religion.The basis of the cast system is different valuation norms set for physical and mental work.On this valuation became social hierarchy. This is pure economic sense of cast system.To yesteryears cast are in goverment books and also in peoples mind , but in reality new casts have emerged with much worse differance in valuation of labour.say a sweeper , supervisor , engineer , manager and managing director in factory all work for different functions but there valuation differs to may be min 1 to 100 ratio. Unless this is checked and brought to reasonable level we can not eradicate cast system in economic sense.This improvement will also mean lesser gap between haves and have not and lesser social tensions and also since masses will have more to spend , the economic growth through internal consumption.
