Thats how money reaches to people in the lower strata. A couple of crores speny on the program, all goes to the poor people as their wages.
Anyway, my best wishes to Stalin though. He needs more of his fathers rational belief to sutain in the dravida politics. After all, he is not the successor of an "ordinary" party. Dravidians are looking upto him. He should lead the people with the ideals of Periyar.
