Karuna may be corrupted but 80% of TN backward people developed. The water straved state one of the top vegetable/agro producer and moreover most of major industries developed in his rule only. TN backward people is well forward in education and economic front compare to other state. 80% of People social life improved enough to state as well as India improve.
