The authorities should try and find out why these activities are consolidating in Maharashtra (Mumbai, Malegaon), Andhra Pradesh (Hyderabad), Uttar Pradesh (Ayodhya, Benaras, Faizabad, Lucknow)and off late in West Bengal. Strangely such things do not happen in Gujarat and Rajasthan.
