Also, your logic indicates that because Sohrab was killed in cold bllod, Modi should not be allowed to speak, i.e., his fundamental rights should be appropriated. That is patently a nonsensical position; I have found idiots liike Praful Bidwai supporting it, but no one else. You say the freedom of speech crossed the line; and he incited people and instigated them. I am not aware of one incident/crime in Mangrol that relates to this so called incitement. He just expressed his opinion. I am sure, you have expressed such opinions about criminals. In fact, the whole debate of capital punishment is jsut that--expressing your opinion about taking someone else's life.
