To compare, look at our neighbor Pakistan, where Musharraf is the law (susped the CJ, lock up opposiiton, etc.). Also, your logic indicates that because Sohrab was killed in cold bllod, Modi should not be allowed to speak, i.e., his fundamental rights should be appropriated. That is patently a nonsensical position; I have found idiots liike Praful Bidwai supporting it, but no one else. You say the freedom of speech crossed the line; and he incited people and instigated them. I am not aware of one incident/crime in Mangrol that relates to this so called incitement. He just expressed his opinion. I am sure, you have expressed such opinions about criminals. In fact, the whole debate of capital punishment is jsut that--expressing your opinion about taking someone else's life.
