You have left india for your betterment & now you dont want India to develop.You now have dollars with you.Probably when you left india 1 dollar would have been equal to 46 Indian rupees and now it is less than 40 Indian rupees.The Dollar value is still going to come down against indian rupee & no one in this world can prevent it.India is developing & will develop to be the richest country in this world .
