India has also right to withdraw from the treaty if India national interests requires it to do so. This is not one way treaty. In case India conducts nuclear test, treaty will not be void automatically. USA president has take into consideration India security enviroment (i.e. hostile China and India). In case USA cancels the treaty, issues like fuel security has been addressed. India can buy fuel from other countries. The main issue here is to get green light from NSG. Once you get it, you can buy nuclear reactor and fuel from country of your choice and it does not have to be USA.
