The one who can condemn Shahi imam for his fatwa against Vande mataram, The one who can condemn the brutal killing of Sikh, The one who can support common Civil code are eligible to criticize MODI.
I do agree with all above and I am against Modis approach of partiality to Hindu and Muslims. being a CM he must give equal importance to both Hindus and Muslims.
