Communists in India are experiments as were there brethren outside. While the ones outside understood the limitations very fast, the Indian variety takes time. The truth is slowly emerging from such experiments:people have to be ready to pay a price for development.It does not come free nor does it come on its own.If you involve politicians to usher development,the price will be higher.If you invite the capitalists to usher development, the price can be bargained and if you yourself are not prepared to pay a price,just forget about development.
Mr Buddha is an individual first;what price is he hawking for development? Let him be clear.
