Of teh 90000 dead in the conflict more than 90% are Tamil civilians killed by the Srilankan military with constant ariel bombardings shelling kidnapping and arbitary shooting and ethnic cleansing activities. Very few Sinhala civilians have bee mkilled. Even the neutral BBC has commented that athe Tigers unlike the Sri Lankan government very rarely targets the civilians . They have always targeted Military installations ( see teh ariel attcks etc)The Sri Lankan governmenton the other hand used it jets to bomb Tamil civilians orphanages schools and hospitals and all these are repoted and wel;l documented. SO read these before coming here and making biased anti Tamil remarks .The racist and genocidal Sri Lankan immediatley blames the LTTE for any bombings in the south. Many times it has later been found that it was the owrk of Sinhla extremists parties to discredit the Tamils or due ot political rivalry. The SriLankan government then keeps quiet about this. The curren tarbitary arrest of more than 2000 Tamils in the vicnity of COlombo and other southern areas have been condemned by the international commnunity. Stating it was targeting Tamils and cooletively punishing them for unproven bombings blamed on the LTTE. However I cannot blame you as many Indain news are so pro Sri Lankan including this site that they do not report all these (unlike the BBC)
