After independence for most of the period India has been ruled by congress or congress like people (pseudo secularist). Have the condition of minorities changed? If you look at the statistics it has further gone down. Why blame Modi? Look at the condition of muslims in Bihar, UP, Assam everywhere else.. Still you blame modi.
