Congress party is traditionally known for its favours to the people/ inistitutions who prise the first family of the party. You can compare this with a king who generously give away the gifts for those who praise him. All the media barons, houses , clumnists are benefited from the family one or otherway. No wonder these media is taking on behalf of congress party against the BJP. On the other hand BJP is caught unware of the importance being friendly with media and only bancked on its nationalist and empowerment politicks. In India situation is not right for any party to make the ntional interests as its agenda as 40% of its popuration is illeterate and the entire population is segmented as Vote bank which makes it a classic case of logistics politics rather than People politics.
