Good.Had Hugo Chavez won ,he would have converted his country into another IRAN.His next attempt would be to spend all his oil rich revenue in building nuclear arsenal.Then he would be turning into his country as global threat using both his oil and nuclear weapons as a leverage to expand his empire engulfing the entire southern America into his own.The god acts rarerly to instill justice in this world.
