Johny confession arises when there is wrong in it. He confessed his guilty it was his individual sin, which Islam prohibits. Thru his confession it became obvious that he was lying in the name of Allah. So this man is the liar, didn't u see the All India Muslim Personal law Board who stated that this marriage is void & a big sin. The man should be punished under rape law. Where do Islam involves here, yes it do has involved at the time of punishing him, as the verdict has come from Personal law board to charge him for rape.
