i request all enlighten india, we are making fuss of our issue out of nothing, it is system which help to run the govt more efficiently rather than like present system, i am proposing certain check and rule to be followed ,,
! amendment in election law,,like,, compulsory voting , otherwise, symbolic punishment,, like minor fines for poor people while making rationcard,, for rich people fines while registery property deeds or licence ofmotors, cars,,, just to compel whole people to vote enmasses 2. winning candidate should get more 50%vote of total polled votes,, it is the responsibility of village pradhan,, local municipal member to distribute voting slips to every household and member,,to make sure every one vote,,,preference vote should be started,,every time people should vote 1,2,3,4,marking,,if 1 fails, 2 should be counted as votes 3.there should be started a cources for whole politician, village pradhan compulsory political awarement, code of conduct,e thics cources ,,without it no one should be allow ed to contest election,, 4.all record of politician assest, money should be recorded on internet website ,, 5.every one should have permanent i , d , numbers, against it whole transaction should be done,,computerised whole operation of govt works,ban whole cash transaction above 5000 rupess,, 6.whole political parties should declare their ally before election, they should not be allowed to break and make any govt,,they should resign first , if they want to do ag
