Bangladesh is our neighboring country and we should stand before it in its difficult times. So its a good gesture of Pranab Mukherji to hv gone and shared our concerns for them.
But at the same time we should punish all the culprits who create problems or does any crime whether in the name of Islam or any other pertext is to be punished.
