Every society needs all four divisions to run a society.We need safaiwala as much as a brahmin to teach our children a shatriya to guard our boundaries and a vaishya to make available our domestic needs.No one is to be discarded or forcibly to put on job.Every oneis free to take job as per one capacity and capability.However I feel that after 60 years of Independence there should not be reservation on the basis of caste as the children born today or sixty years earlier were children of Independent India and they should not walk on this day on the crutches of reservation otherwise they will always be in needo such help and they can not be able to compete ever.Wind up reservations and you will find that casteism is wiped out from society of its own.Marriages will be made amongs them without discrimination of upper or schduled caste.
