Ram sethu is not just a religous object.It is a part of our ancient history.I have thought of Ramayan as an excellent mythical story which almost all the Indians Know.But noe we have a proof-Sethu exists.This is fact is of atmost importance in Historical,Cultural and Social fields.Striving for progression does not mean that you have to destroy your values.I believe an alternate solution should be found to both preseve and study the Sethu and to improve economy.
