Your suggestion is STUPID to the extreme. Instead of involving Muslims in the mainstream You want to alienate them. You will only produce more disgruntled Muslims. This is a BIG problem with Hindus who want to paint all Muslims with the same Brush. Why should an innocent/decent Muslim who is contributing to the economy suffer if he is going about earning his daily livelihood by honest means ??
