PM's 15 point programme are there for last 20 years for minority. There is nothing new.These are all eye wash and repition by UPA govt.Muslims are being discriminated in govt jobs and promotion since independence, Sachar commitee has only confirmed it.Srikrishna commission even proved that even crime against them are not persued.You have a congress govt in Maharastra for last 3 years,why it did not persued Srikrisna report on crime against muslims.Out of some dozen muslim IAS officer in UP cadre in its 56 district not a single muslim was posted as DM during BJP NDA rule.WE have plenty of guidelines.Unless such guidelines have legal teeth, muslims will be discriminated in government and private sector as well except in a few companies like TATAs.These are votebank politics.By elevating one APJ or Ansari as President or VP muslim problem will not be solved.
