Nuclear bus

We are already in the bus when the first reactor was started many decades ago. The only thing is 1 billion people out of 6 billion Indian human beings on earth should be able to dictate where the bus should go. Already we are dictating to the world what India wants. Thank you for making us board the bus again.
Only India doesnot have a national referendum policy where eligible voters should be asked as to vote in favour or against of the policies once for all and then go ahead.
This policy after referendum will of Indian poor, middle class, rich and the super rich, NRI etc. Everybody wants to hijack saying that we did and after 25 years the present 35 to 50 year old donot exist and will be going to dust. We cannot leave a bad policy for our youngsters and things should be always seen as to what will happen after 30 years or so.
The British did forethought for Mumbai drainage system and the present Indians (I too one of them) have no capacity to think about 2025 or so but think of 2008 and 2009 which is a total failure on our part. The youngsters of 2025 will say we were all foolish. Same thing should not happen with nuclear policy too. The newspaper reports of 29-8-07 say that 5% of uranium is present at some place near Ladakh. So why are we not extracting it? Then sell and make money or use for energy in Indian reactors.Does it take time to extract Uranium when we have great technologists who have been extracting radioactive materials from Kerala sea coast, Bihar and ne
