Every time a Bomb blast happens, we see a flood of rhetoric from everyone ranging from politicians media so called intellectuals and so on. The shout at the top of their vocal chords that "Terrorists have no religion " "Islam is religion of peace"
This is nothing but denial. This is extremely dangerous. Because unless we acknowledge the gravity of the situation we will never be able to face it and solve it.
Even in this message board there are lot of muslims who defend jihad saying its "personal struggle against evil". Last time somebody tried something similar was Adolf Hitler. He too started with mein kampf which also meant my struggle. Even then there was denial about its action. As a result world was plunged into second world war.
Also some muslims say that only 10% muslims are following terrorism rest are good. Who will correct these people who have been misled. Hindu cannot do that christian cannot do that. Its the majority good who have to take the initiative. If they are silent then its tantamount to saying that they are supportive of the actions of the terrorists. The net result the entire community will be stigmatised.
