this may be the thought of a law abiding god fearing father a true gentleman, But killing does not solve the problem, Kill one and two will replace him. We need to educate these people that killing is not the answer( these people are brainwashed). as the Gandhi ji said " An eye for an eye will make the whole world blind ". kill the crime in the person and not the criminal. As Guru Gobind Singh ji said exhaust all means of reform first ,if it does not work picking up the sword against the law breaker is justified. bring these people to the justice lock them up for a long time and see if they can become good citizens if not kill them by all means.
