If a lower middlle class person has 11 children, then how can he manage to to provide good facilities to his children. This person is orthodox muslim who doesnt beleive in country policies like family planning. He only beleives in islam releigon. Being a teacher cant he understand his income is not sufficeient to provide good facilities for family. These sort of people only want to increase the population of muslim community in india. Indian governemt during 1980's was focussing on family planning. Even many hindu middle class people effectively implemented family planning. But what happened to this educated muslim. Can any one say the point I mentioned is wrong.
