If srinagar is like any other city, its partially because of army and mostly because of the people there who see no reason to stay away from India. Even though somany human rights violations are committed by army in the name of duty, people still believe its better to be inside India and reap the benefits. Log thang hogaye hai sarkar se aur jawanon se.....bas unka kashmir unhe dedo......may be India should also conduct criminal proceedings against all the army officers who violate basic human rights like in USA.
