peace will also come if all the millitant's supported by pakistan leaves the valley of kashmir n allow the people to live by them self. peace will also come if the pundits who left the valley in search of safety of life have conditions to return to the valley and finally peace will come with secular mind , there is no peace in world with theocratic mind set.
