Returning to their homes....? No way my dear. Its you people who occupied their lands, killed innocents, raped tortured women & children in the name of religion. What do you mean by the term "militants"....? without the support of the local muslims, it is impossible for an alien (Pakistan) to drive the people of a state within a week.
