We have ISRO which has done something significant works. We had some blockades like cryogynic engine refusal etc., but that was little gone & we could be able to achieve something in this field. Regarding BARC, we enjoyed sanctions, some of our items were restricted. We were watching like a hungry people while others enjoying unlimited supply of uranium.
