The Police verification of Madrassas around Hyderabad
by bharati chatti on Aug 30, 2007 05:56 PM

1. As per the people who run one of the Madrassas, when the police approached them for information if any foreign origin student by name Mujibur Rehman is there in their centre, they have denied any foreigner by name Mujibur Rehman being in their premises.
2. They also told police not to disturb in non business hours and disturb the sleep.
3. This is the level of cooperation of a section of our muslim brethern. When the whole community, i.e. Hindus, Muslims and everyone Hyderabadi is trying to find the people involved in the terrorist attack, all that these people who run the Madrassa had to say was to ask police not to disturb them in night or non working hours. This is not the kind of attitude that is expected.Instead of
cooperating with the police, they are telling the law enforcing agency not to disturb them at odd hours.
