All these above verses have a context and there are other verses that you have conviently not mentioned that follow these verses that explain the true message that is logical and fair.
When I read the Koran in its totality, I understood the real essence of these verses and I realised that Islam is a peaceful religion infact a very logical one.
One verse says : If you kill 1 innocent person, its like killing the entire humanity.
Aother verse asks Muslims to love and take care of their neighbours and the Prophet Mohammed's life is an enclycopedia on issues like chivalry, honesty, decency, love , equality, humility, morals, communal harmony and all those things that make a civilised society. Coming back to the verses. For example the verse 9.5 is from the context when idolators break their treaties and persecute and kill others, one has a right to defend themselves. The verse says not to persecute them if they agree to live in peace and respect and follow the rules of the society.
You see, it is not as direct as you think, it has a context and simply cutting and pasting these verses will not assist you in understanding the true meaning of Koran.
