Our police and other personnel wearing authorised uniform of a central/state Government in India can detect any culprint on their finger tips. Concerned Police offiers has got the data. But our politicians will never allow them to do their duties. If a culprit on a specific charge is arrested , immediately the politicians, ministers and even the Chief Minister of central ministers will order the police to free the culprit. Hence the main cause for terrorist activitives, theft, communal clashes etc, that they are supported and backed politicians. Unless these politicians change their attitude, our citizens will never have a peaceful life in India.This may be a curse to the ewntire community. We the citizen are the scape goat of these politicians.
