Earthquakes couldnt damage Gujarat. Floods are an yearly feature. Theres an additional feature UP doesnt have.......drought. Gujarat has a different spirit. You can wish all the earthquakes you want on these states. They will not stoop to that level. They have spirit. Some states do not. They only have guns.
