If Indian intelligence-wallahs know the exact locations of these terrorist training centers, why haven't they been neutralized? Or is all this talk of Mufti Hanan's HuJi campuses in B'desh and others like him just all BS, just to make up an interesting story? It's no good always being re-active, because it means the terrorists are always one or two steps ahead. It's to be be pro-active, to take the initiative and go on the offensive and neutralize these filthy terrorist scumbags wherever they lurk.
