I agree to extent thatMr.Reddy,forfeits right to govern AP from the moment he said that foreign based terror attacks can not be checked by the police.I would like to ask him,if his police force can't stop terror attacks then who will do it?What mechanism he or his Govt. has created for the safty and security of an AAM AADMI and how he would justify the security net arranged for himself as also for other VVIPs and for their siblings at the cost of exchequer.I shall suggest,what steps should be taken to deal with TERRORIST's attack: 1/.Fundamental right to LIFE should be deemed to be forfieted sooner an idea relating terror activity is conceived in some one brain. 2/.Central Govt.must give birth to spl.Counter Terror Group to deal with such people with right to control the out come by any means. 3/.Such force should be given authority even to penetrate into other country to eleminate the prospective terror threat. 4/.Tough Act for the security of AAM AADMI be enacted inlieu of providing police men to every citizen. 5/.POLICE FORCE must be delinked from admistration by bringing it under INDIAN POLICE COMMISSION, a constitutional body. Can we do it?I doubt whether AAM AADMI will ever feel safe under present system.AP as also Central Govt. lack political Will to take tough stand against terrorists for they think they will loose votes. It is degrading the Muslims, for every Muslim is not an terrorist though every terrorist is Muslim.
