Nobody will argue against your line of thought. You say "catch the perpetrators of this crime and deal with them severely, let us deal with them in such a fashion that it will never happen again". That has a nice ring to it. What happened to Afzal Guru, who attacked the Parliamant house & killed a dozen people & with the help of Providence all the Ministers & MPs escaped(he should have killed some of those ministers). He is a free man even after the Supreme Court verdict. Once you show weakness the terrorists win. They have no respect for human life, law, God, Dharma etc. They understand only force.
