We cannot respond to Bangladesh or Pakistan. Their governments are not at all accountable to their people. These so called govts in these two countries are worth a shit. If we attack these countries their political leadership will leave their citizens to lurch and pack of to some other country. Finally maintaining these two countries will fall on our head. If one attacks the other country the developed countries question us the motives behind that and later they will ask us to maintain the cost of rebuilding that country like what is happening in Irag now. Our so called secular govts will coolly put additional taxes on us telling us that we have to develop even those countries which finally leads to hole on our pockets. Congress is known for that. They will do everything to pacify muslims just for heck of votes. Muslims fight amoung themselves and create menace for others.
The only solution is increase our internal security at every stage and create awareness amoung indians that we should be careful when we move on roads or at any other public places However the responsiblity of this lies with the congress govt which is ruling at the union level. Please note that security is under union list of our constitution. States can't do much.
