Good action plan especially if it were a cinema. Hopeless in real life. Increase vigilance and hold ppl accountable for their actions would be a good start for a country so lethargic to act. Its mainly composed of lazy men and women hooked on bollywood masala and dont care two hoots bout anything anymore. Many of the youngsters, the XXX generation dont even know our history properly...All they know are "Come on yaar...oho stop it yaar..." and some such nonsense.
