Time for the Prime Minister of India to feel sorry for the dead and near dead. He has an additional responsibility now. He has to declare to the world that along with Pakistan, BanglaDesh is also a victim of terrorism. Of course he can have sound sleep till the police catch the bombars (if at all they do). Then he has to loose sleep. For the Governmant of Andhra, it has to double the quota so that the time between the blast can be reduced to 1 1/2 months from the present 3 months.
