RE:Bangladesh hand
by aparna kartha on Aug 26, 2007 01:36 PM

While I agree by and large with Mr RR on points 2 to 7, I have a different take on the first point. Teh froces that work against India are aso strong that they can strike at will whether we have a strong PM or not. Pakistan went on Kargil operation and militants attacked parliamnet, two gravest national disgrace in recent times happened when BJP had a strong PM and an Iron man as home minister. The Hindutwa agenda is not the best way to fight terrorism. We have to search for democratic ways...Ireland is no more a thorn IN Britain's flesh. We should evolve our own democratic means...no point in harping on stong PM and weak PM. We can do it but we will have to do it for ever.
