General impression is that the case prepared by Police against SD was too weak and sympathy of TADA court was also there.

If time to entertain any such application by jail starts from 7.00 AM , how SD could came out at 7.19 AM ? Are they really so efficient ? Will they do so efficiently for a common & poor man ?
